Peter’s Yard sourdough crispbread is made in small batches to an authentic Swedish recipe using simple, natural ingredients. The sourdough is fermented for 16 hours, giving the crispbread a delicious malty flavour and light, crisp texture. As well as being delicious (every recipe in the range has won a Great Taste Award), the crispbread also happens to be nutritious, making it the ideal base for a light lunch. Each recipe is high in fibre, low in sugar and free from hydrogenated fats with a piece of crispbread coming in around 31-38 calories.

Original

Made with rye flour and sourdough, the Original recipe complements a wide range of sweet and savoury toppings. Try it with butter and jam for breakfast or topped with cured meat, fish or cheese for a light lunch.

Spelt & Poppy Seed

Made with spelt flour, rye sourdough and poppy seeds. Try it topped with avocado, feta and chilli for a light but satisfying lunch.

Pink & Black Pepper

Made with rye sourdough and crushed pink and black peppercorns, the peppery spice goes well with smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill – a great alternative to a lunchtime bagel.
