Peter’s Yard sourdough crispbread is made to an authentic Swedish recipe using simple, natural ingredients. Our team of bakers use naturally fermenting sourdough, organic fresh milk, organic flour, salt and honey to create irresistibly crisp, thin crispbread.
The sourdough used in every batch is allowed to ferment for 16 hours, resulting in a light texture, dimpled appearance and subtle flavour. They are the natural choice for cheese, make a great base for canapes and are perfect for festive entertaining.

Made with rye flour and sourdough, the Original recipe complements any cheese or is the perfect base for a canape topping eg smoked salmon or pate.
Spelt & Fig
Made with spelt flour, fig and sourdough. The sweetness of the fig complements any blue cheese.
Charcoal & Rye
Made with sourdough, rye flour, honey and activated charcoal powder and makes a striking base for canapes – perfect paired with a soft goats cheese or a ripe brie.
