SOURCES AND CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT, PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING AND LAWFUL BASIS

  2. contacting and notifying those who have signed-up about our upcoming campaigns; and
  3. marketing, where necessary on the basis of your consent.

- We do share your personal data with our logistics partners in order to arrange for delivery of our products.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
- We will keep and process your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected in connection with your relationship with us, unless we have a legal right or obligation to retain the data for a longer period, or the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- The Work Perk will keep the personal data relating to you for marketing purposes for the period that you remain on our marketing lists. We will check with you every 2 years to make sure that you remain on our marketing lists and you can ask to be removed at any time.

- You have the following rights:
  1. To object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.
  2. to obtain access to your personal data – you may request information on how your personal data is handled by us and request a copy of such personal data;

3. the right you want to exercise;

Where processing of your personal data is based on your consent you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent prior to withdrawal.
